Red White and Bluegill Kids Fishing Tournament

The Red White and Bluegill Kids Fishing Tournament was held on Saturday, May 6, at the Yatesville Lake Marina in Lawrence County. Winners in the 3-6 year old were first, Addison Bevins and second, McKenna Fitch; 7-9 year olds, first, Easton Bowen and tied for second, Seth Adkins and Grant Bevins; 10-12 year olds, first, Kaylee Nolen and tied for second, Bryson Bevins and Brylee Davidson; 13-16 year olds, first, Lakyn Bush and tied for second, Abby Maynard and Aden Handley. Winner of the Biggest Fish was Paisley Rowe of Fort Gay. A total of 65 kids participated in the event. Free bait was provided by Rebel River Outfitters and Maddi’s Bait and Tackle.
