LOUISA — Claiming its school record 16th win, Lawrence County blanked Prestonsburg 3-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 26.

Lawrence County won 25-12, 25-6, 25-6.

Riley McClanahan (4 digs, 4 service aces), Sara Shannon (5 kills, 1 service ace), Kenzley Brooks (8 kills, 1 assist, 2 digs, 1 service ace), Sophie Adkins (7 kills, 3 digs, 5 service aces), Aryn Huffman (1 kill, 1 block, 21 assists, 5 digs, 13 service aces), Emma Collins (4 kills, 2 blocks, 2 assists, 2 digs, 2 service aces), Ally Huffman (3 kills, 1 block, 1 assist, 3 digs, 2 service aces) and Brylee Stafford were Lawrence County’s contributors in the win.

Allison Hamilton (3 kills, 1 block), Allison Garrett (2 assists, 1 dig), Weather Bryant (1 block), Jade Hylton (1 block, 2 digs), Grace Miller (2 digs, 2 service aces), Carlie Moreno (5 digs), Kaylee Hopson (2 digs), Marley Allen, Elizabeth Branham, Katie Slone, Kennedy Dixon, Amelia Newsome, Kata Newsome and Addison Wright each produced for Prestonsburg during the match.

Lawrence County improved to 16-7 after posting the win.
