KVCA Region 15 Top 5 Poll released

LEXINGTON - Pikeville is ranked first in the Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Association Region 15 Top 5 Poll, which was released on Thursday, Oct. 1.Floyd Central (2), Paintsville (3), Martin County (4) and Betsy Layne (5) follow top-ranked Pikeville in the KVCA Region 15 Top 5 Poll. Along with Pikeville, McCracken County (Region 1), Caldwell County (Region 2), Apollo (Region 3), Greenwood (Region 4), Elizabethtown (Region 5), Mercy Academy (Region 6), Assumption (Region 7), North Oldham (Region 8), Notre Dame (Region 9), Campbell County (Region 10), Henry Clay (Region 11), West Jessamine (Region 12), South Laurel (Region 13), Powell County (Region 14) and Boyd County (Region 16) occupy top spots in region high school volleyball polls throughout the state. Floyd Central is the reigning 15th Region volleyball champion.
