PIPPA PASSES — Alice Lloyd College has announced that Nathan Hall has been named the new Director of Athletics.
Hall succeeds David Hatfield, who has served in the role for the past six years. Hatfield will transition into a new administrative position within the athletic department.
Scott Cornett, Alice Lloyd College Vice President for Student Services, expressed his enthusiasm about the new direction of ALC Athletics under Hall’s leadership.
“We are very excited that Nathan Hall will take over as our new Athletic Director,” said Cornett. “He is an alum of the College and has a strong knowledge of our athletic program. Nathan has served as the head coach of our softball team for many years and brings a wealth of experience to this role.”
Cornett also expressed his appreciation for Hatfield’s continued commitment.
“We are also happy that David Hatfield will be moving into a new role within our athletics department,” added Cornett. “Both of these young men possess an outstanding work ethic. I feel confident they will do an excellent job as we transition to the NAIA’s Continental Athletic Conference, while maintaining dual affiliation with the NCCAA.”
The leadership change marks an exciting new chapter for ALC Athletics as Alice Lloyd College prepares for the future.
