Bulldogs score 101 points in win over Huntington Expression Prep (W.Va.)

LOUISA — Lawrence County reached a season-high single-game scoring total in a win over Huntington Expression Prep (W.Va.) on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
The Bulldogs defeated the Lions 101-87.
Lawrence County, which registered its fourth straight win, shot 51.4 percent (38-of-74) from the field. The Bulldogs made five of 21 three-point field goal attempts.
Lawrence County shot 66.7 percent (20-of-30) from the free throw line.
Five of seven scorers for Lawrence County reached double figures. Kaden Johnson recorded a double-double for Lawrence County, scoring 31 points and claiming 10 rebounds.
Following Johnson in Lawrence County’s scoring column, Kaiden Harris netted 23 points.
Delivering another double-double for Lawrence County, CJ Waller netted 16 points and hauled in 12 rebounds.
Behind Waller, Hayden Perry scored 12 points for the Bulldogs. Perry nearly recorded a double-double, claiming nine rebounds.
Joining four of his teammates in double figures for Lawrence County, Andrew Ratcliff added 10 points.
Finishing in single digits, Caden Muncy (seven points) and Isaah Hughes (two points) provided the rest of Lawrence County’s scoring.
Lawrence County and Huntington Expression Prep met for the first time in the 2025-26 boys’ high school basketball season.
