Pikeville Co. Seeking Nearly $300,000 in Back Rent from White Oak in MC. Also seeking eviction by the ARC Affiliated Company

A forcible detainer complaint has been filed by Rauch Holding LLC/Odyssey, INC from Pikeville against Addiction Recovery Care LLC / Odyssey, Inc. in Inez, states that the defendants contracted to lease property known as White Oak Hill (former Inez Middle School building and grounds) at 388 Cardinal Lane, located in Inez, with the lease terms of $33,244 rent to be paid the 15th day per month.

However, ARC is accused in the complaint of failing to pay rent since Nov. of 2025 until Aug. of 2026, leaving a balance owed of $299,936.

Rauch Holding manager has been seeking to evict ARC from White Oak Hill and an eviction notice has been issued setting a trial for Oct. 13, in Martin County District Court.

In a response to The Big Sandy News from ARC CEO Randy Hunter, he states in a surprising turn of events:

“ARC continues to provide client services at White Oak Hill while we are actively engaged in negotiations to purchase the White Oak Hill property from its current owner. Those discussions are progressing, and we are hopeful to have a positive update and formal announcement to share soon.”
