Louisa, Inez residents arrested in West Virginia

KENOVA, W.Va. —Two people were arrested in Wayne County, W.Va., on drug-related offenses Tuesday night, Oct. 27, including one who was a fugitive from justice in Kentucky.
Tommy Darrell Evans, 42, of Inez, and Sarah Debord, 31, of Louisa, were charged with possession with intent to deliver crystal methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of fentanyl, conspiracy to distribute crystal methamphetamine, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and pseudoephedrine altered.
Evans was also arrested for fugitive from justice from Kentucky.
Wayne County Sheriff Rick Thompson said in a news release that the Wayne County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit made a traffic stop on a fugitive from Kentucky. During the stop, members of the unit seized a distribution quantity of crystal methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl that was hidden on a female in the vehicle.
The West Virginia State Police assisted along with the Kenova Police Department at the stop.
