MARTIN — The Megan Taylor Hitting Clinic is set to be held at the Floyd County Community Center on Friday, July 22.
The sessions for the Megan Taylor Hitting Clinic are as follows: 10 a.m. - Grades 7-9; 11 a.m. - Grades 7-9; Noon - Grades 10-12; 1 p.m. - Grades 10-12.
Only 10 players can be accepted per session of the clinic. Early registration is recommended.
The fee for the clinic is $30 per player.
A Paintsville High School graduate, Taylor is a senior outside hitter for the Marshall University volleyball team.
Taylor recorded 2,965 kills, 824 digs, 671 aces and 568 blocks during her high school career. She holds the Paintsville High School career records in kills, blocks and aces. Taylor was a two-time 15th Region Champion and Tournament MVP. In 2018, Taylor was named the KVCA 15th Region Player of the Year, Region Tournament MVP and First Team All-State.
