LOUISA —A benefit fishing tournament is scheduled July 18, beginning at 6 a.m., at Yatesville Lake Marina in Louisa to help 5-year-old Rusty Bowing, who is suffering from neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer. The entry fee is $60, which includes big fish, with a three-fish limit. Two anglers per boat plus a child are permitted, and anglers can also fish from the bank or a kayak if desired. fFsh must be 15” minimum length, and dead fish can’t be culled and include an eight-ounce weight deduction, the announcement said. There will also be door prizes and a raffle available, and food will be available to purchase at weigh-in.
