Special Homecoming in Fallsburg

The Fallsburg Fire Department, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and the Louisa Police Department escorted 7-year-old Preslee Damron home from the hospital Sunday with a stop at Fallsburg Elementary School to see some friends and family who were waiting to welcome her home. According to a post on the fire department’s Facebook page, the girl went for a routine doctor’s appointment, and they found abnormalities that needed corrective surgery.
