Public Comment meeting planned for Kentucky Power Company in Floyd County
FRANKFORT – The Kentucky Public Service Commission will provide an opportunity for the public to receive information regarding the process for the case and provide comments regarding Kentucky Power Company’s application to expand its targeted energy efficiency program, approval of a home energy improvement program, approval of a commercial energy solutions program, authorize recovered costs and net lost revenues, receive incentives associated with the implementation of its demand-side management/energy efficiency program, and approval of revised tariffs.
The PSC will hold a public comment hearing on Thursday, Dec. 5, at 5 pm Eastern Daylight time at the Floyd County Fiscal Court Room, 149 S Central Avenue, Prestonsburg. The purpose of the meeting is to have a local opportunity for public comment. Kentucky Power will have a representative present to answer questions from the public. A recording of the hearing will be uploaded at a later date on the Commission’s website.
