Preece Named Constable of the Year

BRAD PREECE was chosen Kentucky Constable Association “2023 Constable of the Year” during their Christmas party and awards ceremony at the Paraquet Springs Convention Center, Shepherdsville, on Saturday, Dec. 16. Preece is a Constable in Martin County. He thanks his colleagues in the Constable’s Association for their support as they nominated and voted for him.
