No injuries in collision

No injuries were reported in an accident Thursday morning on the railroad tracks north of Louisa between Cub Lane and the Zelda Loop on U.S. 23, where a vehicle wound upon on its side with a person trapped inside. It was discovered that a piece of machinery belonging to CSX Railroad had reportedly struck a vehicle at an unguarded crossing.
