New Traffic Loop for in-school pickup

When in-person instruction resumes in Lawrence County, parents will have a new loop traffic pattern to follow when dropping their children off at Louisa East Elementary. Principal Anna Prince said all loop traffic will enter from Water Street and travel along the riverside of the school. When vehicles reach the S.
