Lawrence County Trick or Treat

The streets of Louisa were lined with Trick or Treaters Monday night as the city and the county observed Halloween. All cities and counties in the Big Sandy region set Monday as their Trick or Treat night, and the weather cooperated as rain earlier in the day stayed away so kids could collect candy.
