Fallsburg Community Christmas scheduled Dec. 19

FALLSBURG — Fallsburg Community Christmas is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 19, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., during which people will have the opportunity to drive through the Reindeer Route and check out the decorations.

The free event will also include a Christmas Story Scavenger Hunt during which participants collect all parts of the story as they complete each stop on the Reindeer Route and win a prize at the last stop.

When traveling the Reindeer Route, Creekside Cabin and RV must be the first stop, where participants pick up a gift number, view Christmas lights and displays, and grab a food bag.

At the Fallsburg Community Center, participants use the gift number and pick up a Christmas gift,

view the Christmas lights and display, and they’ll receive hot chocolate and cookies at the Falls Campground.

When participants arrive at the Fallsburg Tabernacle Church, they’ll get a Christmas meal to go. At the last stop, Fallsburg Country Store, participants will be given a special treat and receive a prize if they have completed all the stops along the Reindeer Route.
