Breathitt man arrested for failing to comply with sex offender registry law

LOUISA —A Breathitt County man, Buck E. Miller, 66, was arrested Sept. 29 in Lawrence County and Oct. 3, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry, second or greater offense.
Miller’s primary address, according to the sex offender registry, is 8366 1812 North Vancleve in Breathitt County. It now says that his registry status is compliant.
According to the sex offender registry, Miller is a lifetime registry and was convicted in Powell County on one count of second-degree rape. In a separate case, he was charged with three counts of first-degree rape in Lawrence County and one other incident in Lawrence County involving first-degree rape.
