Alley Fest Oct. 6-7

PAINTSVILLE— Alley Fest is scheduled for Oct. 6-7 in Johnson County with Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder as well as Oliver Anthony performing, admission is free.

There are supposed to be 12 food trucks at the event offering a variety of foods including hot dogs, donuts, funnel cakes and more.

On Friday, Oct. 6, from 4 p.m. to 4:45, P.M. Kaleb Cecil will perform; from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Corduroy Brown; 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Shovelin Stone; from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Justin Wells; 9 p.m. to 10 p.m., Willie Watson; 10:30 p.m., Oliver Anthony and the after Party with the Les Masters Band at 11:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Oct. 7, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., is the Songwriters Panel; from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., is Jack Marion and the Pearl Snap Prophets; 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., is Laid Back Country Picker; from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., is Sam L. Smith; 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., is Senora May; 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., is Bee Taylor; 9:30 p.m. -11 p.m., is Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder and 11:30 p.m., the after party with the Les Masters Band.
