A Lexington man who lit up social media as a missing person among those indicted in Lawrence County

Earlier this month emergency and police agencies along with individuals and family members were sharing a photo on social media with information on Ethan Pack, 23, of Lexington, saying he was last seen in Louisa.
Included in the information was that he had a lot of friends in the area of Louisa, Fallsburg and neighboring Fort Gay, WV.
After hearing Pack was possibly in the area, police were able to execute a warrant signed by Judge Kevin Holbrook on July 11 and make an arrest when Pack was seen at Falls Creek Drive around 2 a.m. on July 14.
The warrant for an indictment against Pack included charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance over 2 grams of methamphetamine, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance less than 20 dosage units, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and no tail lamps.
The indictment states that on May 15, 2024, Pack knowingly and unlawfully committed the offense being in possession of 4.00 grams of methamphetamine, $60 in cash monies, digital scales containing chemical residue with the intent of trafficking.
Also, Pack was found to be in possession of 12 dosage units of Suboxone with the intent to traffic, $60 cash monies, a baggie containing numerous syringes, being in possession of marijuana and pipes containing marijuana. Pack was also driving a vehicle with non-functioning tail lamps.
Also among the July true bills was James Mollett, 41, of Louisa who is charged with first-degree bail jumping.
The indictments states that on December 14, 2023 Mollett after being released from custody without bail, failed to appear in court at the specified time and date as ordered by the court for his change of plea hearing in connection with a felony charge.
Paul Chaffin, 44, of Louisa, was indicted on first-degree bail jumping.
The indictments states that on April 25, 2024 Chaffin, after being released from custody without bail, failed to appear in court at the specified time and date as ordered by the court for his report hearing in connection with a felony charge.
Brian Carter, 45, of Louisa, was indicted on first-degree bail jumping.

Robert (Bobby) Shennett, 46, of Webbville, has two separate indictments where he acted in complicity with Corielynn G. Ervin aka Cori Glaser, 46, of Webbville. In the first indictment both are charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance over two grams (complicity).
The indictments for each state that on February 13, 2024 they acted in complicity by being in possession of 3.270 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to traffic the controlled substance. In his indictment, Shennett was also charged with persistent felony offender.
In a second indictment for each they both are charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance over two grams (complicity). The indictments for each state that on March 12, 2024 they acted in complicity by being in possession of 26.99 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to traffic the controlled substance. In his indictment, Shennett was also charged with persistent felony offender.
Shennett, who was handed a third indictment was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance over two grams when on February 22, 2024was found in possession of 28.8 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to traffic the controlled substance. He was also charged in that indictment for persistent felony offender.
Lisa Green, 54, of Louisa, was indicted on charges of possession of first-degree controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence second offense within 10 years, failure to wear seatbelt, license not in possession.
The indictment states that on April 10, 2024, Green unlawfully committed the offense of being in possession of 0.06 grams of Fentanyl and driving while under the influence without being in possession of a license and not wearing a seatbelt.
Joey Dickerson, 43, of Louisa, was indicted on charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration (second or subsequent offense).
The indictment states that from January 21, 2024, through March 25, 2024, Dickerson unlawfully failed to register a new address with the appropriate local probation and parole office as stated in the provisions of KRS: 17.510 while having previous convictions of this offense.
Richard Church, 60, of Ulysses, was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription not in proper container.
The indicted states that on May 16, 2024, Church unlawfully was in possession of methamphetamine, an altered pipe with chemical residue, marijuana, five halved Gabapentin pills (a schedule-IV controlled substance) and Gabapentin, a schedule-IV controlled substance not in a properly administered container.
