LCHS Cheerleading Camp set for Aug. 4

LOUISA — The Lawrence County High School Bulldogs Cheerleading Camp is set for Thursday, Aug. 4.

The youth cheerleading camp will be held from 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Louisa Baptist Church.

The fee for the camp is $30 per child. A shirt and snack are included in the camp fee. There is a sibling discount available for the camp.

The camp is for children ages four years old through eighth grade.

All children participating in the camp will have the opportunity to cheer during the second quarter of the Lawrence County’s home game versus Pike County Central on Friday, Oct. 7. The Bulldogs will host the Hawks for a Class 3A, District 8 game. Kickoff for the Lawrence County-Pike County Central football game is slated for 7:30 p.m. at Luke Varney Jr. Memorial Stadium.

Camp shirts will be given out to all participants in the cheerleading camp prior to the Lawrence County-Pike County Central football game.

Registration for the Lawrence County High School-hosted cheerleading camp will begin at 4 p.m.
