Blevins, Patton named First Team All-State; Kitts Honorable Mention

LOUISA — Three Lawrence County players have earned Class 2A All-State honors from the Kentucky Softball Coaches Association.

Both Lawrence County senior Taylor Blevins and LC sophomore Jada Patton have been named First Team All-State.

Another Lawrence County sophomore, Emalynn Kitts, has been named All-State Honorable Mention.

Along with Kitts, Johnson Central senior Josie Dials received All-State Honorable Mention recognition.

The Class 2A Softball All-State honorees follow.

Class 2A Player of the Year: Isabella Persinger (Harrison County).

Class 2A Coaching Staff of the Year: Harrison County.
