Three arrested following property dispute

PAINTSVILLE — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the scene of a property dispute July 25, and the call resulted in the seizure of over eight ounces of methamphetamine, the recovery of a stolen vehicle and the arrest of three men.
Jason B. Curtis, 42, of Staffordsville, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Michael Feryl Hall, 43, of Prestonsburg, is charged with drug paraphernalia-buy/possess; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a date rape drug; and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, greater or equal to two grams of methamphetamine.
Raymond Roman, 48, of Staffordsville, is charged with theft by unlawful taking (auto), $1,000 or more but under $10,000; prescription of a controlled substance not in the proper container; drug paraphernalia-buy/possess; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, greater or equal to two grams of methamphetamine; and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
All three subjects were taken into custody and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Johnson County.
