Martin County Issues four indictments on April 12 Rocket Docket

INEZ — The Martin County Grand Jury indicted three people on their Rocket Docket Apr. 12, but one person was indicted twice.

•Breezy Jude, 38, of Warfield, was indicted twice. In the first indictment, Jude is charged with possession of marijuana; first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia.

On or before March 22, Jude was allegedly in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and a glass pipe used to ingest controlled substances.

In the second indictment, Jude is charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession/use of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property under $10,000/complicity and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

On or before Jan. 10, Jude was allegedly in possession of Suboxone, pipes used to ingest controlled substances, a Samsung smart phone previously reported stolen and 3.5 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, and small individual plastic baggies, with the intent to traffic in that methamphetamine.

•Paul D. Brewer, 40, of Kermit, W.Va., is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia.

On or before Apr. 1, Brewer was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, scales used to weigh controlled substances and glass pipes used to ingest controlled substances.

•Michael D. Dean, 53, of Erlanger, is charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

On or before Feb. 17, Dean was allegedly in possession of marijuana; methamphetamine and a controlled substance, drug unspecified.
