Louisa Police recognize Explorer Captain Zach Wright

The Louisa Police Department recognized Explorer Captain Zach Wright on his graduation and Louisa Police Department Patrolmen Teddy Newsome and Greg Powers presented him with the “Community Service Excellence Award.” Louisa Police Chief Greg Fugitt thanked Wright for all his hard work in starting the explorer program and for maintaining high standards for all the explorers. Wright wants to continue working towards his goal of one day working for either the Louisa Police Department or the Kentucky State Police and later becoming sheriff of Lawrence County. Wright, unit #851, is the son of Martin and Michelle Wright.
