Lawrence County Indicts Twenty-Seven

LOUISA —The Lawrence County Grand Jury issued 27 true bills on July 14.

•James K. Quisenberry, 35, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession/drug paraphernalia.

On or before Feb. 28, Quisenberry was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and an altered smoking pipe.

•Hansel Wiley, 52, of Louisa, is charged in two separate indictments with first-degree bail jumping.

On March 9, and again on April 27, Wiley, allegedly after being released from custody by the court upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a change of plea.

•Ronald Ward, 43, of Louisa, is charged with first-degree bail jumping.

On March 9, Ward allegedly after being released from custody by the court upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a change of plea hearing.

•Beth Stump, 41, of Louisa, is charged in two separate indictments, with first-degree bail jumping in case numbers 22-CR-00122 and 22-CR-00114.

On Jan. 26, Stump allegedly after being released from custody by the court upon the condition that she would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge and she failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a pre-trial conference.

•James Mollett, 40, of Louisa, is charged with first-degree bail jumping.

On April 13, Mollett allegedly after having been released from custody by the court upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, and he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a change of plea hearing.

•Russell L. Pack, 33, of Louisa, is charged with 20 counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor victim under the age of 12-years-old.

On or before Feb. 22, 2019 through June 15, 2023, Pack allegedly had in his possession or control viewing matter which visually depicted an actual sexual performance by a minor person, under the age of 12-years-old, with knowledge of its content, namely numerous electronic files depicting minor children engaging in sexual performances.

•Lonnie Maynard, 50, is charged with second-degree assault; second-degree persistent felony offender and third-degree criminal mischief.

On or before May 26, Maynard, allegedly intentionally caused physical injury to Jeannie Perry of Louisa by means of a tire iron; he is a previously convicted felon and he damaged property owned by Jeannie Perry with an amount of the damages at approximately $200.

•Teresa Clay, 18, of Louisa, is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief.

On or about June 18, Clay allegedly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely two juvenile children at 377 South Highway 3 and she damaged property belonging to Mary Ann Wells with a value of the damages exceeding $1,000.

•Andrea D. Perry, 45, of Louisa, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

On or before March 12, Perry was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.

•Melvin Harmon, 32, of Webbville, is charged in three separate indictments with first-degree bail jumping for case numbers 18-CR-00121, 20-CR-00098 and 21-CR-00126.

On April 27, Harmon, allegedly after being released from custody by the court upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge and he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a Report Date hearing.

•Melvin Harmon, 32, of Webbville, is charged in an indictment with tampering with physical evidence and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license.

On or before June 3, Harmon allegedly destroyed, removed, altered or concealed physical evidence that he believed would be used against him in an official proceeding and he operated a motor vehicle while his license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended or revoked.

•Bridgett Hopkins, 32, of Crab Orchard, is charged with first-degree bail jumping.

On April 13, Hopkins, allegedly after being released from custody by the court upon the condition that she would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, she failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a Sentencing hearing.

•Eric Mosely, 50, of Blaine, is charged in three separate indictments with first-degree bail jumping in case numbers, 22-CR-00132, 22-CR-00133 and 22-CR-00134.

On April 27, Mosely allegedly after having been released from custody by the court upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time in connection with a felony charge, he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a pre-trial conference.

•Andrew T. Brown, 35, of Blaine, is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license; failure to notify address change to the Dept. of Transportation and failure to or improper signal.

On or before April 23, Brown allegedly disregarded Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Osborne’s signs and signals to stop in an attempt to flee arrest; he operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle with at least two prior convictions within five years; he operated a motor vehicle while his license was suspended or revoked; he failed to notify the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet of an address change and he failed to make a signal upon a Kentucky roadway while in physical control of a motorized vehicle.

•Autumn Hart, 29, of Catlettsburg, is charged with first-degree bail jumping.

On March 23, Hart, allegedly after having been released from custody by the court upon the condition that she would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony, she failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a pre-trial conference hearing.

•Ashley Cox, 35, of Olive Hill, is charged in two separate indictments with first-degree bail jumping for case numbers 22-CR-00099 and 22-CR-00106.

On May 25, Cox allegedly after having been released from custody by the court upon the condition that she would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony, she failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a change of plea hearing.

•Casey J. Spence, 25, of Tomahawk, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession/drug paraphernalia.

On or before March 17, Spence was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and two syringes.

•Richard Craft, 33, of Salyersville, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession/use drug paraphernalia.

On or before April 20, Craft was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe containing chemical residue.

•Aaron Justice, 29, of Warfield, is charged with first-degree bail jumping.

On May 25, Justice, allegedly after having been released from custody by the court, upon the condition that he would appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court for a sentencing hearing.

•Dwayne A. Perry, 44, of Dunlow, W.Va., is charged with flagrant non-support.

On or before Oct. 1, 2014, through July 11, 2023, Perry allegedly failed to pay child support to Crystal Marcum as court ordered with an approximate total amount excee4ding $28,623.12.
