The Office of Special Education and Early Learning (OSEEL) at the Kentucky Department of Education has recognized the preschool programs at Blaine Elementary, Fallsburg Elementary, and Louisa West Elementary by awarding them the prestigious designation of Level 5 Kentucky All Star Programs.

Achieving a “5 Star Preschool” rating signifies that a facility has reached the pinnacle of excellence in the Kentucky All Stars Rating System, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality. This system ensures that programs maintain high standards across several key areas, including classroom quality, staff qualifications, and administrative practices.

Mrs. Webb, the Superintendent of LC Schools, expressed her enthusiasm by stating, “I am thrilled to share the exceptional achievement of our preschool programs at Blaine, Fallsburg, and Louisa West Elementary in earning a ‘5 Star Rating’ from the Kentucky Department of Education. This ‘5 Star Rating’ is impressive and represents the highest honor a program can achieve. This accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of our preschool teachers and administrators.”
