Go-Fund-Me Account started for funeral expenses for Amelianna Tackett in Texas

A Go-Fund-Me account on Facebook has been created for the funeral expenses, burial site and other expenses for 8-year old, Amelianna (affectionately known as Anna) Tackett, who has passed away in Killeen Texas.

Anna is the daughter of Joshua Tackett, formerly from Prestonsburg, and Brittany Reyna Espinoza Tackett of Killeen. Josh is in the United States Army.

Josh is the nephew of Brenda Curry, who works at Fallsburg Elementary School in Lawrence County and the son of Michelle Hamilton of Prestonsburg.

Organizer of the fundraiser is father Josh, who said, “My baby girl passed away. Our family is having a hard time and we want to give our baby girl the best Funeral we can. But help from you would make it better for her. Thank you very much. God Bless you.”

Funeral Mass services for Anna will be held Monday, Jan. 15, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Killeen. Burial will follow at noon.
