Bail jumping charges head Martin Grand Jury indictments

INEZ — All but two of the 24 indictments returned Thursday by the Martin County Grand Jury involved bail jumping charges.

Named in the true bills were:

• Jeremy Jarvis, 33, of Inez, and James Eric Collins, 39, of Pilgrim, charged with theft by unlawful taking over $1,000 but under $10,000/complicity and second-degree criminal trespass for allegedly, acting alone or in complicity with each other, entering and remaining on property owned by James and Donna McCoy of Pilgrim and taking a trail camera, lights, a manure spreader, a bicycle with motor and copper, with a total value of items exceeding $1,000, on Oct. 20.

Jarvis is additionally charged as a second-degree persistent felony offender and Collins is charged as a first-degree persistent felony offender for previously being convicted of felonies.

• Rhodes Dials, 35, of Inez, charged with two counts of first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Nov. 4 as previously ordered by the court.

• Robert Drenning, 45, of Lovely, charged with two counts of first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Nov. 4 as previously ordered by the court.

• Aaron Jude, 26, of Lovely, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 7 as previously ordered by the court.

• Benjamin Blackburn, 39, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 7 as previously ordered by the court.

• Brandy Muncy, 37, of Lovely, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 14 as previously ordered by the court.

• John Slone, 36, of Williamson, W.Va., charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 14 as previously ordered by the court.

• Cheyenne May, 25, of Lovely, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 2 as previously ordered by the court.

•Stephanie Howell, 36, of Tomahawk, , charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 2 as previously ordered by the court.

• Eddie Maynard, 57, of Lovely, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 2 as previously ordered by the court.

• Floyd Luster III, 29, of Warfield, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 2 as previously ordered by the court.

• Joy Armes, 49, of Charleston, W.Va., charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Aug. 5 as previously ordered by the court.

• Donna Mullins, 45, of Columbus, Ohio, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Aug. 5 as previously ordered by the court.

• Joshua Allen Mills, 35, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on July 1 as previously ordered by the court.

• Christopher Maynard, 36, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on July 1 as previously ordered by the court.

• Travis Pierce, 30, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 15 as previously ordered by the court.

• Samuel Porter, 26, of Debord, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 15, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Jonathan Mills, 44, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 15, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Aaron Justice, 28, of Warfield, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 15, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Brian Howell, 42, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 1, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Tommy D. Evans, 43, of Inez, charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Oct. 1, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Jordan Stamper, 29, of Pikeville, is charged with first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Sept. 17, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.

• Robert Moore, 34, of Debord, charged with two counts of first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on Aug. 20, 2020, and Oct. 1, 2020, as previously ordered by the court.
