Allen wins $1 million

Kitty Allen of Louisa was greeted by the Publisher’s Clearing House Prize Patrol Friday with a check for $1 million, which she said that she would use for bills, her grandchildren and to help her church. Allen also said that she never thought it would happen, but that she kept hoping and that she would be celebrating by going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.
